Clustering

Models:

• K-means
• Bisecting k-means
• Gaussian mixture
• LDA

Clustering results are visualized as scatters for all the numerical input variables with clusters, also with principal components. Significance of the variables for a produced clustering (i.e., categorical class membership) is checked with ANOVA and Chi-square tests.
